Historic German Village Industrial Masterpiece.

The property was very nice and in quaint neighborhood walkable to German village and Main Street. We also liked the balcony and the neighbors were nice as parking in the narrow garage and driveway were challenging. However we had plumbing issues which made 1.5 bathrooms unusable for the first 24 hrs. Please note there are a lot of stairs in this unit. So walking up 2 flights of stairs at night to use a bathroom was inconvenient, at the least. But the plumbing was fixed within 24 hours. However. On day two the fridge stopped working and we had to throw away our food. My real frustration is that it took most of the 2nd day to get a response from the property manager about the fridge. In addition the front keypad didn’t work, as well as, the dryer not working.We did receive a slight (15%) compensation for our inconvenience, but the amount of time I spent trying to contact the property manager while on vacation and at times the adversarial communication to obtain a credit, were upsetting and unnecessary.

What a perfect spot for us to stay in Columbus for OSU graduation. German Village is so charming with its little shops and restaurants. Industrial Masterpiece was so well appointed with so much space for our family of 6. The owners left us a bottle of wine, waters, coffee and snacks which we thought was such a lovely and welcoming touch. Everything was tidy and clean. The check in process was easy and fast. We will stay here again for football season for sure! Easy to get to campus as well.
