The residence was well kept and all rooms properly furnished. The plus point was the home office which allowed me to work uninterrupted.

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. After our stay, I reached out directly to the property manager with the detailed concerns below, including photos of the issues we encountered. I made every effort to resolve things privately and constructively — but received absolutely no response. Unfortunately, the problems were not minor: Cleanliness:  The exterior patio area needed sweeping and general cleaning.  The area around the dumpster and trash containment was unpleasant and poorly maintained.  Inside, the property had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.  There was visible dust, dirt, and cobwebs throughout — including under the beds.  The en suite toilet in the first-floor bedroom had been used and not flushed before we arrived.  Every bedroom mini fridge freezer compartment required thawing and cleaning. Bedding Issues:  Several beds were missing essential linens — including mattress covers, fitted sheets, and in some cases, even top sheets. Stained Bedding & Linens:  Multiple mattresses, pillows, and towels had noticeable stains, which was extremely off-putting and raised serious hygiene concerns.  We recommend replacing all current bedding and linens and investing in quality pillow covers, mattress protectors, towels, and bath mats. Plumbing:  One bathroom sink was completely clogged, rendering the bathroom partially unusable. We left a bottle of Drano in the sink to indicate the issue.  Broken Shower Handles:  At least two shower door handles were loose or broken, making them difficult and uncomfortable to use. Wall Condition:  Many walls had scuff marks, chipped paint, cobwebs, and visible holes.  A fresh coat of paint and a deep clean would significantly improve the property’s overall appearance. Missing or Poor Amenities:  While we appreciated the Keurig and generous supply of K-cups, the absence of a standard drip coffee maker was disappointing, especially for a group of regular coffee drinkers.  The non-stick sauté pans were badly scratched and gouged — we did not consider them safe to use.  We ended up purchasing our own coffee maker and a usable pan, which was frustrating and not something guests should have to do. This property has incredible potential yet serious maintenance and cleanliness issues that are being neglected — and the host’s complete lack of response, even when presented with photographic evidence, is unacceptable. Travelers should be aware of these ongoing problems. I hope this review leads to better communication, honest representation, and much-needed improvements — for the sake of future guests.
